Built on the 4 nm process, and based on the Viola graphics processor, the device does not support DirectX. The Viola graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 279 mm² and 21,000 million transistors. It features 3840 shading units, 240 texture mapping units, and 64 ROPs. AMD includes 16 GB GDDR6 memory, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 2170 MHz, which can be boosted up to 2350 MHz, memory is running at 2250 MHz (18 Gbps effective).
