The Radeon HD 6850 1440SP Edition was a graphics card by AMD, launched on August 21st, 2012. It features 1440 shading units, 72 texture mapping units, and 32 ROPs. AMD has paired 1,024 MB GDDR5 memory with the Radeon HD 6850 1440SP Edition, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 725 MHz, memory is running at 1000 MHz (4 Gbps effective).
