AMD has paired 32 GB HBM2 memory with the Radeon Instinct MI60, which are connected using a 4096-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 1200 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1800 MHz, memory is running at 1000 MHz.
