Performance Rating
The Arctic Sound 2T is a professional graphics card by Intel, launched in 2021. Built on the 10 nm process, and based on the Arctic Sound graphics processor, the card supports DirectX 12. The Arctic Sound graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 190 mm² and 8,000 million transistors. Unlike the fully unlocked Arctic Sound-M, which uses the same GPU but has all 8192 shaders enabled, Intel has disabled some shading units on the Arctic Sound 2T to reach the product's target shader count. Arctic Sound 2T combines two graphics processors to increase performance. It features 7680 shading units, 240 texture mapping units, and 120 ROPs, per GPU. Intel has paired 32 GB HBM2e memory with the Arctic Sound 2T, which are connected using a 4096-bit memory interface per GPU (each GPU manages 16,384 MB). The GPU is operating at a frequency of 900 MHz, memory is running at 1200 MHz.
