The GeForce 9500M G was a mobile graphics chip by NVIDIA, launched on June 3rd, 2008. Built on the 65 nm process, and based on the G96 graphics processor, in its NB9P-GE variant, the chip supports DirectX 11.1. It features 16 shading units, 8 texture mapping units, and 8 ROPs. NVIDIA has paired 512 MB GDDR3 memory with the GeForce 9500M G, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 500 MHz, memory is running at 800 MHz.
