Built on the 150 nm process, and based on the NV2A graphics processor, in its XGPU variant, the device supports DirectX 8.1. The NV2A graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 142 mm² and 57 million transistors. It features 4 pixel shaders and 2 vertex shaders, 8 texture mapping units, and 4 ROPs. NVIDIA includes 64 MB DDR memory, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 233 MHz, memory is running at 200 MHz.
